The themes and subjects can be mixed and tailor-made for the audience. It can have the form of short lectures; longer lectures combined with discussion or well prepared group work and other kind of interactive elements. Or it can be master classes over several days. Special Hypothetical’s, role games, can be written, dealing with the ethical and moral dilemma’s of the chosen subject, and actively engaging the audience.
